They cancelled my service by mistake and now i got no phone.  Public mobile kept transferring me back to customer service which they said they couldn’t do anything

By mistake they cancelled my service with public mobile as well and i got no phone now.   That person also hang ip on me.   When i call back again, another person took the call and said nothing they can do.

Did not reply within that 90 minutes period 

Missed the first message 90 minutes reply period.  Now public mobile assigned me a new number where as i still need my old nimber .
