Really???? I find THIS site VERY useful and helpful.
If you do at least a little bit of search you would (miracle!!!) find that contacting agent is very simple. And if you are polite you will get response very fast.

You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Be ready to provide account information to CSA to confirm your identity.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Hmmm. Nobody from PM ripped me off so far. I only BENEFIT being PM customer based on services I receive from them, extremely FRIENDLY and helpful other customers and PROMPT CSA response every time I contact them.

But your subject line looks like your issues is that you are not able to log into your Self Serve account?
Are you a current customer, existing customer, newly activated SIM card, etc....
If you used to be an active customer and you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, than your phone number is lost and account is permanently closed. No access to Self Serve if this is the case.
If not your situation, see @softech and @JK8 posts with advice for troubleshooting.

Try again in an hour when it will become unlocked. Clear your browser cache/history and then open a new browser in incognito. Chrome or edge browser works well. Use the forgot password link if necessary.

@leonaduykers2 What have you tried? It might be just a temporary lock. Want to wait 15 minutes and try again
If still fails, try the Forgot Password link (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/) Enter the correct email address and answer the security question
If you are unable to reset password that way still, please open a ticket with PM Support to get this reset:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Forgot Login Information ", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
