My phone got stolen and i have no access to it but the website is two factor authenticating on the phone. How can i get a new sim on my account and get my number back?

Bad timing. Public mobile recently switched to the Eversafe login system, requiring 2FA text. Fastest way is to purchase a SIM card in store (Corporate Koodo or Telus store). Phone ahead to make sure that the store has stock. Amazone with prime shipping is another quick option. Purchasing SIM card on PM website takes weeks to arrive.
Public mobile is working on a fix for this issue: inability to sign in without received 2FA text.
If you have not set up Eversafe with your account before, there are a couple of tricks to try to gain access to your account.
1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.
2. When asking for SMS text, keep entering wrong codes 4-5 times and sometimes, an email verification will be sent.

@Rob21 If you know the account pin you can 611 to dis able auto pay otherwise get support to help you
Add get a new sim and SIM card swap the number with support help if you cannot log in
