Is my account blocked from using mobile data

I have an Armour X13 phone.  My payments are coming out of my bank account. I reset the settings and restarted the phone.  I put the phone back to factory settings and still didn't work. Only wifi working

hi @Booboo-rascal 

PM does not block mobile data as long as the account is active and you have data left.  Did you check your My Account? Check using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in) to confirm account status and data left

if you still cannot access data, try reboot the phone, try reset network settings

or come back and give us more info like what phone do you have.

@Booboo-rascal  What plan are you on ? Are you out of data ? Is your account active or suspended ? And do you have cellular data on ? If your on 4G plan and used up all your data you will need to buy data add on to hold you over or just wait until your next renewal . If account is suspended the make payment again and you should have data to use again
