hello, I am having trouble completing a new activation. Why do I need to download the App?

hi @Carpenter24 

yes, you can still download using Wifi.  but the app store has to set to Canada

but if you have Android, you can sideload the app

@Carpenter24  Download the app to his phone and follow the prompts . It’s pretty easy to follow after making payment they can pick new number or transfer one from old provider . But if you can’t download it download the app for what ever reason use the link in my last reply to get support to help , but that only if he already paid on the website and CANNOT download the app . Apps is fastest best way support take awhile

@Carpenter24  Because that’s  the only way to activate now on our own , but if you can’t download the app and already paid on website you can get support to help finish the activation for you
