Log in when overseas

When I try to log into my account out of Canada, it asks me for a code sent via messaging as usual. However, since I am overseas I won't be able to receive the messaging so I cannot sign in the account and make changes?

Before contacting CSA, there are a couple of tricks that may work to get into your account:

1. Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.

2. When asking for SMS text, keep entering wrong codes 4-5 times and sometimes, an email verification will be sent.

Too bad I have not gone through eversafe login before yet so I have sent a private message to the CS agent per above. Thanks.

@TimC - if you have not set up your EverSafe login information, you can use the Get Help section: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help, type 'customer support' to get methods to Public Mobile representatives to help you get logged in.

@TimC  If your not in Canada or the US with add on then that’s correct you won’t be able to use the PM phone at all 

but you can try support 

  • while your already here and logged in the community

@TimC , if you have already gone through the eversafe login, you can simply select resend which will give you the option to receive the 2FA code to email.
