I just missed the limited time deal for 5 GB for $25/month. I was wondering if it was possible to change to this plan, because this plan would be perfect for me.

Not everyone get this targeted to specific members by text.
If you didn’t get the text, you can’t get the promo.
If you got the text then go back to the text and reply.

No, it is an invite only promo, you cannot just change to that plan.
But try to check with agent and hope they can add you back, show them you really got the text. Submit ticket by messaging
