Left public mobile, could not stop autopay before I changed numbers and my account is locked.

I left public without canceling autopay. Now I can't login because my account has been deleted.

@Silentkhill93    I agree with @0PX9O4 that you don't need to call your bank or change your CC.  However, it's a good idea to keep checking your CC for the next month just in case there was a glitch in the system (unlikely) and you see any charges from PM going forward which can then be handled by contacting CSA's here.

I would humbly submit that calling your bank or contacting PM is complete overkill if the old number has already been ported out and the account is already cancelled. There's got to be a better use of the OP's time.

to be 100% safe make call to your back and change your credit card number, or keep your eyes on your statement credit card if you getting any charges from public mobile and you Left public mobile, then you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

I'm curious about your reason for leaving PM, and also about what carrier you are using now.

If you ported out your number you will not be charged anymore.

 

Also, if your account has already been deleted, there's no reason to suspect that you may be charged again in the future.
