Leaving Coextro

Fublicckobile
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

Hi!

I'm a returning PM user. Using the app to transfer my number over but Coextro (my current provider) isn't in the drop down menu for porting my number to PM. What should I do? I'm afraid of losing a number I've had for 12 plus years.

if your number can ported, then no need to worry

Try to choose Rogers and check if it works.  If you got an email saying something wrong, there is a team to call and can help

@Fublicckobile  Check your community inbox in a couple of minutes and I'll private message you a number to call.  If they can't help at this stage then open a ticket with customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.  If the chatbot doesn't work then send a private message to support using this link

Yup. That's what I'm leaning towards, but didn't want to screw it up/lose my number.

@Fublicckobile  Apparently it runs on Rogers, might that work?

Thanks for the quick reply! It says it is eligible for moving when I typed it in.

@Fublicckobile

first, check if your number can be ported into PM using this link (it is a Koodo link but Koodo and PM are both owned by Telus and using Telus system, the result will apply here as well)
