Latest update clarification

I recently updated my APN 

There were 2 different posts. 

1. Mmscproxy....one place says to put mmscproxy.mobolity.ca, the other says 74.49.0.18. 

2.MMS port 8799 vs 80

One setting causes data to work improperly,  the other I get no MMS messages.

Is there something to get it to work properly?

the updated proxy is mmscproxy.mobolity.ca and port is 8799
