Great news - we wanted to let you know that the technical difficulties with Android activations have now been resolved. You should be able to activate your Public Mobile service on your Android device without any issues.
To activate your service and access full app functionality, you must update to the latest Public Mobile app version (2.4.5). Update through your device's app store if you haven’t already.

Android user here. Unable to log in to app. I enter my credentials and it cycles back to the main login page again. Over and over.

Thanks for the update and transparency, Public Mobile Team. It's helpful to know that the issue with Android activations is already identified and being worked on. I appreciate the heads-up for iOS users as well—updating to the latest app version (2.4.5) should hopefully prevent any unnecessary hiccups. I'm still getting error on the payment step. It popup an error saying to try later... I started the activation this afternoon then retrying again now and still fails.

Trying to have my brother subscribe but he gets the error: Please update the app to 2.4.5 which is not on the PlayStore yet.

It's happening on my IPhone too. Cannot activate a new subscription within the app. It tells me to download the app when I am already in it.

Hi, is there any chance that Public Mobile will reconsider things & allow Customers to activate accounts using the Public Mobile website again like we used to be able to do before the app was invented? Having both options would be great. 😊 🙏🏼

For background, I launch the Public Mobile App on my iPhone in order to activate my SIM. Either I'm in an endless loop trying to log in using my eversafe user ID, or, if I press the "Subscribe" button, it simply says "App under maintenance" and I cannot go further. Please advise. Thanks.

I'm having PM activation problems on my iPhone. Is it related?
