I've tried disabling all my adblockers, trying different browsers with no addons installed, etc, but whenever I try and login and check my account page I'm getting a page that says "Our services are getting an upgrade." and then goes on to say: "From March 4th 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PST) to March 5th 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) new plan purchases, activations, and account changes will be temporarily unavailable. Come back and visit us again after the upgrade is complete.
Is it just me? It is currently the middle of May, 2025.
I can't seem to find anyone else on the forum having the same problem, though the forum is really difficult to navigate.

It seems like that's the case. It's working now.
I wouldn't have been confused except that it said March. I guess it was down for maintenance last night but they haven't changed the message since last time.

Hi, thanks for your reply. When I mentioned I tried a different browser already, that implies I'm not using the app, but rather a browser, and that I have already tried another. I'm actually not sure how I could have more clearly conveyed that.
Also, if two other people are having the same issue at the same time, it's not likely a problem on my end.
I appreciate your attempt at helping, but this is like the guy at microsoft forums who says "Good Day, my name is Ryan and I'll be happy to help you. Please run DISM /CheckHealth and SFC /ScanNow" and you're like "No, I mean my computer is on fire, there are flames coming from it!" and he's like "Okay, I'm happy to help with that have you tried restoring from the last backup in System Restore?"
Sorry for sarcasm, I do appreciate your attempt at helping, it's just misguided.

logging in to your account using the mobile app ? You can try this ...open Settings > Safari> Clear History and Website Data.
adding ...for Android...Settings > App (app name)>Storage > Clear Cache
If using laptop, clear cache files and try using a different web browser, but launch in incognito mode. See if either of these sugg's help.

It will change by a day every so often since the billing cycle is 30 days, not a month and we only have four months a year with 30 days.

I recall a few weeks back that the system was out of service for upgrades overnight and cam back around 9:30-10 am eastern (6:30-7 am pacific) Nothing major to worry about, and not much you can do but be patient and recheck in a few hours. Hope this helps. (Happy Long Weekend!)

Nope not the only one. My billing date seems to be a little diff each month, so I was logging in to check and/or pay if it's due soon. I hope this gets rectified so others can pay their bills too (I don't do auto), like, could they really cut off phones if there's no access to pay... uhh I love public but there are definitely some pretty big issues at times.
