I've put 3 tickets in to change my plan early and not getting response

I appreciate that but the plan I have set for renewal doesn't give me the option to renew now and it isn't now in the shop options to get it again

Hello @Rwdygrl 

You do know that Public Mobile is a self serve service and you can change your plan at any time yourself and it can start either immediately or at the end of the 30 sub. They will give you two options when you pick the plan you want. You don't need a CS Agent to help with that.

and when did you put in the 3 tickets? Support agent usually reply within 2 to 4 hours
