LTE data not working

Just wondering what had happen to my public mobile data service ? I just newly loaded 50 bucks after loading it my data service is not workin when trying to use it? Any help would be appreciated.

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

  1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
  2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.

Please let us know if you did resolve this issue (for future reference).

Is your $50 still in your account as the available fund in your account?

If yes, you had not purchased any plan or data add-on yet.

 

1.  If you are trying to renew your $50 plan early, you need to create a support ticket using the chat bubble at the lower right hand corner of this page.

2.  If you are changing your plan to the $50 plan, you can change your plan immediately using your $50 available fund.  Please note that PM plan is prepaid and there is no refund of the unused days left in your current cycle.

3.  If you are buying data add-on, you need to purchase the add-on after adding fund to you account.

 

Please provide more info if all my guesses are wrong.

If you have an iPhone with iOS beta 15.4 as mentioned by @softech  you will have to use the following fix to get the data working again.

@Valken77 are you on iPhone?  if so, what version of iOS you have?   iOS 15.4 beta 1 and beta 2 both have problem with LTE data. 

 

Also, you aware that your LTE speed is capped at 3Mpbs?  you don't have data at all on LTE or just being slow?

 

you tried changing network type to 3G Only  and test?
