Hi
i just enrolled a family member and used my referral code. I was making sure my referral was entered but we were having issues with payment I kept having to reenter my referral. When payment finally went through I’m unsure my code was still there.
how long does it take before you know the referral processed.
when I go into rewards and my referrals her number is not there just my previous 4 referrals.

Turns out I entered the referral wrong. They said she will get her $10 but can’t change it to my referral code.

@Pey82ton2 They usually reply with 2-4 hours .but

I’ve sent private messages to support before but for some reason I can’t find that. I only have the chat bubble.
in the past I got a text right away saying it went through. But I also did it wrong before and had to contact an agent to help. So was wondering how long it takes.

@Pey82ton2 - It can take up to 72 hours to see a referral. You should soon get a text with a Cha-ching message with the referral.

@Pey82ton2 The one you referred should se the one time $10 credit it in available funds with in 72 hours of activation . You should get the cha ching text to confirm . Of more then 3 days have the one you referred contact support to ensure it was applied correctly
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
