I referred my aunt to public mobile this evening and receieved the message from 100 for the congratulations, but a minute later, public mobile texted me back saying that my aunt has left public mobile.

 

It is not true as she is currently using public mobile now and has already made her payment.

 

What can i do now to receive my reward?

I was able to locate your account and there is actually a referral reward that will be applied on your next renewal 🙂 Please view your self-serve account for more details!

Just to be sure you are checking in the right place for your referral's phone number, in your self-serve account, you would go to Plan and Add-ons tab, then the Rewards subtab, and then click on the arrow next to "Total Rewards earned" to expand the details.  See here:

This has been a known bug for some time.  The system will give you this message whenever a referral ports their own number in.  As long as you still see their number listed in your referral section, you will be credited the reward.  If their number disappears and doesn't reappear within a few days, I'd advise to contact a moderator by private message before your next autopay renewal.

If unsure how to do this click on my rewards in overview page, then click on little arrow by total rewards and all your refered numbers will show. If her number is not present it needs to be intervened by moderator.

Just do one quick check and see if the number is still in your refer a friend section.
