I don’t think the porting has officially been complete. Is that why my primary says SOS and my secondary says my phone number?
Also is it normal for chat agent link not to connect?

make sure the primary line is enabled or toggled on "Turn on this line"
if still showing SOS, then message support here and they can fix it quickly
