Please stop with spamming every thread with this, it doesn't help customers, in fact it may frustrate them and/or make things worse.

 

@rachel-morrison you can reach out to a CSA via private message. It is a relatively timely process and you will be speaking with a real rep and not a bot, etc.

open ticket with PM support and ask them

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

have trouble with Chatbot: private message CS_Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

All you need to join (create an account with a number and plan) is to obtain a sim card from online public mobile or amazon, or better yet get it locally at Koodo/Telus stores if in your area.

Then activate it online here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

HI @rachel-morrison   PM support is all online ,there is no direct phone number or email to call
