I find an issue with that. Does your phone and data work properly?
Face-time runs off of data or wifi.
Wifi and data ...if weak....can cause that issue. At either end.
Does your FaceTime begin the call from your phone number or email address?
Are you FaceTiming to a phone number or an email address?
Is FaceTime switched on or enabled for use with data?
0. Reboot phone.
1 Pull the SIM out, reboot phone, log onto wifi. Does FaceTime work?
2. Put SIM back in phone, reboot phone, log on to wifi, and turn off cellular. Does FaceTime work?
3. With SIM in turn wifi off, turn data on...Does FaceTime work?
1. If yes...is not a phone issue.
2. If yes, not a phone issue
3. If no....might be a SIM issue.
