Ive lost my sim and I want to keep my old number

Lost my sim but need my old number. Idk my self serve info nor my 4 digit pin. I always top up using a voucher from the store. Please help. Its URGENT

no worry, easy fix.  Just submit a ticket with PM agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

HI @Charliepooch   start with buying a new PM sim card then.

 

Buy from a Telus or Koodo store.  If you are buying from PM online, it might be 5 days to 3 weeks delivery

I havent bought another sim card yet.

You have to get new SIM and then do simple 'SIM swap' through your account (use computer).

Did you get a sim already?

You'll need support to regain your account access. They can also change the sim for you.

Click on the chatbot simon down below and find your way to submit a ticket. You might need to do the private message method. Send to CS_Agent.
