Can someone help out ? It won’t let me switch to the 10 dollar plan. I have the $ on my account

Login to your self serve account.
Is you account status = Active?
If yes, you can select [lan and Add-Ons] --> [Plan]
If not, you need to send a private message to moderator for help as other had suggested.

@Smart_chickIts weekend they will reply to your Msg Monday noon.
Don't worry they will fix it, they are good I like their customer services.

Unfortunately, if you want to downgrade to the $10 plan, you will have to wait for them to respond.

Ok I’ve sent them a message 2 hours ago to switch the plan, but they still haven’t switched and I wanna port out to Telus ASAP

If your plan is expired, only a Moderator can change it. Once expired, all you can do is renew the same plan you already have.
