Issue when activating and porting number

I just tried to activate my PM account with a physical SIM that I received in the mail from PM. I am switching and moving a number from Telus, and went through the whole activation process. It seemed like I was near the end of the process and I thought that maybe I was supposed to switch my SIM card already, so I swapped it (maybe too soon?). The activation didn't work, and now I don't have an option to attempt activation again. Does anyone know what my steps are at this point?

Oh thank you! I assumed the error message was a total failure, but I just noticed that I do have the request for transfer. Thank you for the fast response ❤️

Just put the Telus SIM back in your phone and reply to the text with YES. You have 90 minute window to reply.

If you missed it, I will pm you the Porting number to talk to an agent.

I will send you a number to the porting team, you likely need to provide account number instead of just use imei
