Hi @Timer , so 2 posters before you (over 1 hour before you posted) already said the same thing as your first statement.
And, I am curious, why are you suggesting to have OP change their email or password. There is no issue with either of these things in this case. Seems like a browser/site issue only, and that's it.
Best to just leave posts alone if nothing valuable can be added to OP's question/issue. And repeating does not help the thread.

@Robbins usually with this error, you only need clear cache and try again
If that fails, try to use incognito mode or try a different browser , Edge/Firefox/Chrome

Try to use different browser, clear cache, delete cookies.
Refresh multiple times...
