Is the TCL 30XL compatible with public mobile?

I want to get a phone but I want to get a cheaper one online it doesn't say its not compatible but its not on the list of compatible phones?

From the specifications giving on GSM arena, this phone should work on PM without problem

here are the bands on this phone. BOLD are the compatible ones

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 1700(AWS) / 1900
4G bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71
