Is the 40 dollars plan doesn’t have free 2GB?

Hi my plan rn is the 15 dollars and has a 2gb promotion, am I gonna lose my 2gb promotion if I upgraded to 40 dollar plan? How can i get 40 dollar plan with 2gb extra?

@garyyboi    If you've been a customer since 2020 (i.e., Community profile), then the 2GB definitely sounds like PM's holiday data (along with LD mins) that has been given to customers over the last 3 years, so changing plans will not cause you to lose those holiday gifts/purchased add-ons.   The only data usually that is at risk, is promo data given during a new activation that may have some terms and conditions applied to it, although that is also only available for plans of $25+ so probably not an issue for you.

Most of the various 2 GB bonuses only started at the 25 plans so you may be talking about a Christmas bonus or an old one where the 15 plan qualified

@garyyboi the current 2GB promotion is for new activation only.  Sorry,  Existing customers upgrading the plan cannot take advantage of it   😞

However, if your current 2GB promotion is still on your $15 plan, not expired yet, simply upgrading the plan will not loss the existing promotion already on your account
