Is Public having a Provisioning Problem?

I'm seeing a lot of posts about new users or people changing plans losing all service. Is the provisioning system having problems?

We do not know but it is better to stick what whatever plan you have then 'enjoy' exercise of plan change.

@umnikke8   no official words.  And honest, PM does not like to make official words to tell us what happened.  

So far, it only affects Plan change  (not sure if just plan change on renewal date only or change plan now as well).   Look like provisioning for new activation is unaffected.
