I am getting a failed message on all outgoing calls, whether dialled or saved numbers. Incoming calls are still received.
how do I fix the outgoing call problem?

The problem seems to be that the old carrier freedom is still shown as the primary carrier, no network mentioned. Public Mobile is shown as the business network and carrier.The problem seems to be that the old carrier freedom is still shown as the primary carrier, no network mentioned. so how can I change the primary carrier to the correct one?

go into the Settings section of your cell > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data...make sure that VoLTE is enabled. Sounds like yours isn't maybe.

I have reset the phone and dialled with a one prefix in front of the number. The call shows the name of the recipient but does not complete and eventually says call failed. what phone do you have?
Try Reboot phone and then click Reset network settings
and try to make calls with a 1 in front of the 10 digits
