I’m overseas and Public Mobile doesn’t allow receiving SMS outside Canada/US, so I can’t receive the port-out authorization text to reply YES. Can you manually approve/confirm the port-out to Fizz,or provide an alternative verification method?

You can port your number when you return back to Canada. Why try porting out when your are oversea?

hi @chuwen i don't think they do. but you can open ticket and ask
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
you won't be able to receive SMS for 2FA code, so click Didn't Receive Code or Resend code and choose Send email

If PM agent really cannot help, you will need to ask a friend to buy a PM sim and you change to it and then ask your friend to receive the porting approval text and reply to approve
