I just transfered 2 accounts from Koodo to Mobile, one works fine the other ... nope !
Issue #1 : I get the error 1034 in trying to fetch the greeting in Voicemail
Issue #2 : When I use text it acts like it does not know it is an Iphone, the videos sent are of very bad quality.

Forgive my ignorance but how do you get around this chatbot and talk to a person ?
The issue occured in the activation process probably . In texting it is like I'm using an Android
The two Iphones I wanted to transfer are identical Iphone SE's.

Thx for the quick reply but no, it did not solve any issues.
The first I'd like to address is the Voicemail:
In one phone VoiceMail
I see Carrier Voicemail Call
and on the other phone I do not
and when I 'fetch" Greeting it gives error 1034
The help is appreciated

I'm also thinking that maybe you need to do a network reset. You will lose all your wifi passwords and bluetooth saved items. Then reboot the phone. This should technically resolve it. I'm thinking everything is still set to your old providers info. By resetting it and rebooting should reset things.
