Invalid shipping address (SIM card order)

Hello,

I'm trying to order a new SIM card because I lost my old one.

I can't enter my shipping address to order a new one since the system doesn't recognize it with an error message 'Invalid Address'. Any help would be appreciated for the issue. Thanks!
