The email on my account is invalid. I accidently entered a wrong digit when I first signed up with Public Mobile. It has not been an issue until they started using eversafe. Now to change it, eversafe sends the code to the invalid email address. How do I get this corrected? Why can't they just send the code to my phone #?

If you still have trouble, go download the PM App on your phone, you should be able to access your Eversafe profile without verifying your email address, then you can change the email from there.

you should still be able to login, just send the 2FA to the phone and login with that email , if you remember the wrong one, and Password . Then go to profile page, manage EverSafe of to update the email address
if you really cannot login, please message support and they can make the correction for you
