Porting to Koodo

Hello, I have requested to port my number to Koodo Postpaid and received a text message to port my number back there but it still has my services at Public Mobile. Please help!

About an hour ago. I will try that. I contacted koodo again to see if the port request is still there or not.

@NH45 when did you reply Yes? usually it is done within 2 hours.  Put Koodo sim in the phone and reboot every 30 min

@NH45  So you replied to the text from PM to confirm port by text YES ? If so you need to contact Koodo support to re trigger the port request. It’s up to the new carrier to do the heavy lifting when a port fails . This is true of all phone carriers . Not unique to PM
