I have an existing SIM card, but whenever I attempt to input it for subscribing, it tells me it’s invalid?

If you have already used the SIM card, you will need to buy a new one either in store or online (esim). You can also order one online but it may take a few weeks to get it in the mail.

You need a Public Mobile SIM card do you already have one? If not you will have to purchase a physical SIM or E- SIM.

@maetheunicorn, is this a brand new Public Mobile SIM card that you are activating?
If you continue to get the same message try contacting the CS_agent:

@maetheunicorn SIM cards are one time use , are you just trying to change plans ? If so you can only change to plans that show in your account to change to . If your trying to activate a new account with new email you need a new SIM card
