It keeps saying my phone number is invalid, so I couldn't activate the subscription. Also submit a ticket doesn't work here.

@Meilun We are just customers like you trying to help we are not public mobile staff , you need to engage support and work with them to help fix / refund

I just choose a new number and set up, and after login my account and request transfer phone number it still says invalid

@Meilun that is a Montreal phone number and can be ported into PM
If you are a Koodo Prepaid customer now have to activate with a new number first and then ask PM support for manual porting
If you are not with Koodo Prepaid, you can still choose a new number first and then login My Account and go to Profile page and request Transfer phone number after
