I recently transferred my phone number to a new SIM provider. My previous provider has already cancelled the service, but the new SIM has not been activated yet.
At the moment, I’m unable to log in to my Public Mobile account because the OTP is being sent to my phone number, which is currently inactive.
I would appreciate your assistance in helping me access my accoun
