Restart your phone set or try putting phone on airplane mode and then restarting it. If its an iphone, you can find instructions on how to "force restart" it
@Vesnaahtchiev, First off, what phone do you have? Have you checked to make sure your phone is compatible with Public mobile's data network. You can do so at the following web sites.
What plan did you subscribe to ? Could be you've exhausted your data alottment already, depending on which plan you have. See if it works with the wifi if you're in a wifi area.
