Well to my knowledge, Mint Mobile is NOT available in Canada it is a US MVNO. But if you are happy thats all that matters.

Why did you get a new sim card? Dod you activate the new sim online.You should be able to see "active" in your account.

If new sim is activated, reboot phone and should be active and working.
