Is anyone else’s data not working or SUPER slow? I just renewed my plan on Monday and my data has been so bad since then. Can I trouble shoot this myself or is it a public mobile issue? 
If I change my plan to a new one- how fast will my service transfer? For example, if my current plan expires on dec 18th but I want my new plan to start on December 15th, can I set that up?
Hi, Im new to the community rewards and was wondeirng how often the rewards get updated on your profile i.e. when do I know how much I have earned?
So if I switch to a monthly plan, will my loyalty rewards and autopay amount change? its currently at $9 and $6 respectivly on a 90 day plan.
