Hi guys
Just got back from an international trip, and for some reason my LTE data isnt working. Tried turning it on and off but no joy. The account dashboard at Public mobile shows I have remaining data and calls work fine, just not the internet.
Appreciate any help.

If you have an Android phone check your APN. If you have an iPhone you may need to update your carrier profile via iTunes.

@ZuckMark pm offers LTE data but slowed down to 3mps hence the 3g speed.
@ what phone do you have? Iirc some phones can be phinicy when they have had their sim cards swapped. Lg comes to mind.

@foxonefoxone incoming calls and outgoing calls working fine? The phone shows it is connecting to Public Mobile or still searching network or not connected any network at all?
check the APN settings or run Reset Network settings (please note it will delete your current WiFi settings and you need to join them back)

@foxonefoxone , by change do you have the network settings to manually connect to a selected network. Please make sure the settings are to auto connect to network.

A few basic troubleshooting advice:
Try to remove your SIM card and re-insert back to the phone.
Network reset of phone. (this will erase any saved Wifi setting passwords)
Toggle airplane mode on, then off.
