I understand that only specific countries are allowed to call with special rates. Yet, my question: can I call other countries which is not part of such special rates knowing that the rate could be higher?
@flah10 You could look at downloading a voip app like Fongo that has cheaper rates for international calls, you'd have to take a different phone number with that though and keep your current PM one just for use in Canada..
sorry, no. If the country is not on any of the Long distance addon, then you cannot call at all. You will need to use the old style calling card to make the LD calls
