Hello, I tried to activate a plan for my mom, however I was having trouble with the e sim and her phone. We would like to cancel the subscription and have the charges reversed as this never worked for us!

@Fleurette01 PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But depends on the situation , support might agree. So o please open ticket with them and discuss
