Hello,

Can somebody let me know how I can cancel my subscription because I have not received SIM card yet.

It looks the address of shipping is wrong and I do not think I receive it sooner or later.

I want to cancel my subscription at this time.

 since the activation is not fully completed yet, yes you can ask for a refund

or you can also ask support to arrange to let you pick up sim card from Telus or Koodo stores around you

either way, ask support agent to help.  Please message them here

@mrkssong  You need to ask support to remove the credit card on file right away and cancel the account for you
