Hi, I bought a new subscription but purchased a physical SIM card for this. I just received my new phone and realized it only uses an ESIM. Every time I log in, it takes me directly to the activation page, and only gives me the option to activate with the physical SIM. I would like to cancel the physical SIM and get an ESIM instead. Please advise what I should do next.

you need to use a friend's phone to help. Put the physical sim card in the friend's phone so it connect to PM network
Then download PM app on your own phone and login. The 2FA will send via sms to your friend's phone (which has your PM sim card). Enter the 2FA code, then go to Account page, click Puchase sim card and choose eSIM and install eSIM on your own phone
