Adding second esim for travel

I an currently using an esim on public mobile, but will be traveling to Europe and am looking to get a second esim for the month. Is it possible to have 2 esim cards on a Google pixel 6? If not, if I download a travel esim does it remove the first, and how would I reinstall the public mobile one on my return home?

@BKNS27 @WEJ My pixel 5 says the same thing on that site. It means it supports both. You can have more than 1 esim profile downloaded to your phone but you can't have more than one active at the same time. With Pixel 7 (and above) you can use 2 esims at the same time but GSM arena says the same as the 5 and 6, nano sim and esim.

Thanks, I personally don’t have a Google Pixel 6. Just did a search:

@WEJ @BKNS27 You may want to look into that. Yes you can only use 1 esim at a time on the Pixel 6 (same as my Pixel 5) but you are not restricted to only having one on your phone. My pixel 5 is older and has 4 esims on it right now.

hi @WEJ yes you can. Beauty for eSIM is you can install as many as you like.  Just .and sure you don't delete the PM eSIM.   When you are in Europe, set the travel esim active.  When you Re back, set PM eSIM active again 

And a great travel eSIM carrier is Airalo

@WEJ  Yes you can have more then one eSIM at a time , you also have the option of using physical sim for travel also

@WEJ You can have more than one esim on your phone. You just need to select in settings which one you want active at any given time. If you look at the photo, I have 5 sims installed, 4 of them are esim.
