International call minutes

 I have had the 300 minutes international call but not been able to use it. I bought it to make some international calls but whenever I try calling any international number, it keep saying I do not have or cannot make the call. That I do not have the call minutes for it.

Nigeria isn't included in the International calling add-on. Neither is USA. There is an add-on available for $15 with 1000 minutes of US calling. You'll need a calling card from 7-11 to call Nigeria...or look on-line for calling cards.

@Oga_pati  Don’t think Nigeria is on the list and for the US you need US long distance add on specifically

Where you are calling?  You can only use it to call some countries but not all, here is the list

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

If where you want to call is not there, submit a ticket with CS agent and ask them to  reverse the purchase
