yes i'm using the app. re-downloading didn't work. i sent a message off. how long does it usually take to hear back?

@MiningCoffee  Are you using the app to activate and not the website ? All a activations the app . Maybe try uninstalling the app and re instal it . See if that helps . If not submit ticket with support
