International Long Distance minutes

I received a bonus of long term international minutes. What area codes would this include? Specifically, I’m wondering if it would include calls to the country of Belize, area code 501.

2cents a min is not a bad option and your grandma doesnt need any app.

@Kgupta   No, TextNow  is not an App to App calling but just like regular phone, it call call landline or mobile phone.   

In fact, 2cents is very good price.  I think calling card is a lot more.   But I think you have to buy $5 Long Distance credit to start

However, AFAIK, if you are willing to "earn" the airtime, watch a 30 second ad and you earn 1 cent

No, the good thing for Textnow is the receiving end can be regular line.

When you are in Europe (or anywhere in the world), you have Wifi or mobile network, you can call any US or Canadian number for free

Can European call you?  Yes, they call your Canadian phone number assigned by TextNow, you receive the call for free (Your European friends will need to pay long distance as he is calling a NA number, doesn't matter it is  TextNow or landline)

OK. Please clarify your statement a little bit.

So, you have Canadian TextNow number. You can call for free any number in North America and anybody from NA can call you while in NA.

Now you went to Europe... Can you call any NA from Europe for free? Can anybody from NA call you? Can you call European number for free?  Can European number call you?

I think these voip apps are for free calls in North America only. I might be wrong...

HI @BKNS27   You can USE TextNow anywhere as long as you have Wifi or Mobile Data.  You will receive calls (on your US or Canadian number given by TextNow) .  You can call free to any Canadian or US number.  But calling other countries, you will have to load money and then call according to their long distance rate.  Download it and try it out.
