I've been with PM since March 2020. Each Christmas, for the first 3 years I was with PM, PM gifted 500 international calling minutes and 2000 MB data. There was no expiration date indicated. I had about 1400 International calling minutes and about 4000 MB data still not used (i.e. banked).
I logged today, and it's gone without warning or notice.
Can anyone explain if this was done intentionally or in error.

Found it. Web redesign buried it so I couldn’t find it.

Try login to the PM app and look under the Subscription tab>Usage Breakdown and should be listed there.
Mine is still there.

They should all be there. PM will not take them from you.
Site is redesigned (with awful 'dark' scheme) so you have to click on Usage Breakdown to see your add-ons.
Maybe to use incognito mode, computer.

@eddieO Yes I was looking on the website as that's what I usually use. So I just checked the app and no sign of the add ons there either, at least as far as I could see. I don't really care about the data bonus add ons, they were "incompatible" anyway as I have unlimited data, but I would like the international minutes back!

@Phil_Adelphus I know the PM website has gotten a facelift and I think a few changes, is this were you were looking? If so, I wonder if it's now living in a different spot on the website. Are you able to confirm on the PM app too?
*added: I would hope if PM was removing bonuses given that they would have given a heads up about them expiring, kind of like how Tim Horton's does with their points before they are expired

@Claudio749 @eddieO I thought I saw someone else post about that recently. I just checked my account and my two bonus data add ons and international LD minutes bonus add ons don't appear to be there any more or if they are I haven't found them.

@Claudio749 hopefully done in error since there would be a lot of upset customers. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or logging in incognito or tried a different browser? You can also try the PM app to see if it's showing up there.
If you sill don't see it in your account you should open a ticket through the Chatbot:
