Hi Guys,
I just resolved a text that my account is placed on hold due to an unresolved issue with my payments but my subscription is showing registered until next month and my payment history is showing successful? I am receiving & sending texts fine so I’m a little confused regarding the text?

Known glitch text. If your service is working, ignore the text. I got a similar text from Public mobile a couple of weeks ago. Public mobile is aware of the issue.
There is really no need to contact customer service agent.

At times I have heard of texts being sent in error. Since your account shows otherwise and your service is working I would say you can just ignore those texts.
