Can i use this add on to make call from India to Canada? 

What add on can i purchase to use data in India?

@Candilez   Get local prepaid data from India.  Then install VoIP all like TextNow or Fongo to make calls to Canada for free.  It will work as long as you have Wifi or Mobile Data there

PM does not provide reaming service in India. Only USA has available add-ons for talk/text.

Add-on you are talking about is to call India FROM Canada.

A local prepaid sim will be much more cost effective and reliable anyways (even if PM had an option) either. A local option or a VoIP app could do the trick as well

Unfortunately, Public mobile does not offer international roaming services (except for USA - 10 day roaming packages).  You are unable to use your PM service in India.  

You will need to purchase a local SIM card and use local cell service.
